Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and authorized to act for the organization whose workspace or Meta assets you connect. Wings Flow is intended for business use.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and restrict access to authorized team members. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for assigning appropriate roles. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Customer-owned WhatsApp assets

Customers connect their own Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account and phone numbers through Meta’s authorization flow. The customer retains ownership and control of those assets. Wings Flow receives only the access the customer grants and uses it to provide the requested service. Disconnecting the integration stops future service access but does not itself delete data held independently by Meta.

4. Messaging and consent requirements

• Message only recipients who have provided legally valid consent where consent is required.
• Keep reliable opt-in evidence and honor opt-outs, blocks and suppression requests promptly.
• Use approved templates and comply with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Commerce Policy and Meta Platform Terms.
• Do not send deceptive, unlawful, harassing, discriminatory or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Do not upload purchased or scraped contact lists or attempt to bypass quality, rate or messaging limits.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Wings Flow to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; collect credentials; facilitate fraud; process prohibited goods or services; interfere with the platform; reverse engineer protected portions; probe security without authorization; or resell access except under a written partner agreement. We may throttle, suspend or terminate activity that threatens users, Meta assets or service integrity.

6. Customer data

As between the parties, the customer retains its rights in customer data. The customer grants Wire Wings a limited right to host, transmit, transform and otherwise process that data only to provide, secure and support Wings Flow, comply with law and enforce these Terms. The customer represents that it has all rights and notices required to supply and process the data.

7. Third-party services

Wings Flow depends on services including Meta and the WhatsApp Business Platform. Their separate terms, reviews, pricing, limits and availability apply. Wire Wings does not control and is not responsible for a third party’s suspension, policy decision, outage or change.

8. Fees and taxes

Paid-plan prices, limits and billing periods will be presented before purchase. Meta conversation/message charges and other third-party fees may be separate. Unless required by law or stated in an order, fees are non-refundable and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

9. Intellectual property

Wire Wings and its licensors own Wings Flow, its software, design, documentation and trademarks, excluding customer data and third-party materials. Subject to these Terms, we grant the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the subscription.

10. Confidentiality and security

Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the relationship. Customers must configure their workspace securely and avoid placing unnecessary sensitive data in messages.

11. Suspension and termination

A customer may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity or platform-policy violations. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Disclaimers and liability

Wings Flow is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, approval by Meta, recipient engagement or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Wire Wings’ aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid for the affected service during the preceding three months, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

13. Indemnity

The customer will defend and indemnify Wire Wings from third-party claims arising from customer data, unlawful messaging, absence of consent, misuse of the service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively and will post the revised effective date. Material changes may be notified through the service. Contact contact@wirewings.com for questions.
